Get fit with Wordle

Have you joined the Wordle band wagon? I am a bit late to this party. But I am no SISSY and had gone through all the previous boards. I did not EVADE the archives.

The OTHER day, I had an idea. I’ll use wordle to plan my HIIT. I’ve previously used Merriam-Webster word of the day, but the words were long. Too hard.

So here’s the plan.

1. Play Wordle. If I complete it, then that will set my WOD. What if I don’t complete the board? Be kind, I will already be in enough pain and suffering, so that will be a rest day. And fear not, I will always pick a HIIT over shame. #competitivemuch

2. Sets = number of tries it took me to finish the board. I’m your average player. So I will normally have 4-5 sets. But a day may come when I won’t be able to DODGE that dreaded 6 sets. I do so YEARN for a day when I will get it in one go.
