New year always triggers that desire to make resolutions. Depending on previous success rate, you may approach this exercise with enthusiam or defeatist attitude.

Do you start the year with a list of resolutions but with full acceptance that you will probably not make it through February?

I just spent the last hour plotting workout plan. And I’m so happy that the stars are lined up and paving the way to success. 😁
