mix it up, keep it interesting

Wow! I managed to stick to my program for 2 straight weeks. *let’s do a lil dance of joy*

To keep things interesting, I went back to the drawing board last Monday night to draw up the workout plan for this week.

My cheat sheet 😊
Plan for this week will continue to be 20secs ON/10secs OFF, 8 exercises, 5 sets.

M : Rest
T : Chest + HIIT a lil cardio 
W : Arms + run a little
Th: Rest
F : Legs and abs
Sa: Back and shoulders
Su: Run a little more

And the journey continues …
