Yoga via podcast

  
I found a great way to put in a yoga practice at home. Yey! I downloaded a nathanyoga podcast and had a blast. 

Even if I’m not following a video, I was  able to make adjustments and correct form by following Nathan’s cues.
Loved that he guides you through correct breathing. It helped me sink in deeper into poses and find better alignment. And boy was I sweating after my practice.
