I woke up late for the gentle yoga class today. To make up for it, I did an easy 60min vinyasa using Nathan Johnson’s podcast. Very relaxing.
I really needed it coz I did weights Monday and Tuesday and my whole body felt really tight.
If you’ve attended a few yoga classes already, Nathan’s podcasts are really easy to follow. Love it.
