100 before 2014

My goal for the week is to complete 3 walk/run sessions. Target distance for each session is 5Km. I just completed 2 out of 3 workouts. Yipee! I think I can do this. I KNOW I can do this. Time to bump it up a bit. Commit while I am still dehydrated. Just plotted the rest of the runs. Here’s the new target.
