I did my C25 Week1Run2 today. Somehow as I bounced along my run segments, my I CANs got scrambled to CAN Is.
Whew! Survived W1R2 to tell the tale. I know I can run longer than the 1 min required in the program but I’m being very patient now. I want this to be a good start. I need to strenghten my legs and build a solid base to zoom away in 2012.
