My Red and Hot Race

Every Monday, we normally spend a few minutes in the morning to talk about what we did over the weekend.

Later, I know they won’t ask me what I did. Once they see how I creak and groan to my desk, they will know exactly what I did over the weekend.

So what did I do?

I RAN A 10K RACE!!!

Yipee for me!

I may be aching all over but I will moan and groan with a twinkle in my eye.

It was sooo hot running in that sea of red! But I had a fantastic time.

While running last Saturday, my body remembered the pain that comes with running, the endurance to keep going, the running form I’m comfortable with and the mind tricks that pushes me to continue.

I think I will hang my We Run Manila shirt where I can always see it as a simple reminder of where it all began again.

I hope you also had a wonderful time at the Nike We Run Manila. Sana meron again next year.

Runmeter says : Distance – 10K; Time : 1:30:26
