So is trail running for you? Do you want to learn the science of trail running and discover a new world of running outdoors?
Kristine emailed us the info on this run. Then when Vicky and I passed by R.O.X. the other day we saw Coach Ige (from the Mizuno Run club). He will be the instructor of the clinic and we asked him about this trail run. He said that the actual trail run will be done at an easy pace with plenty of photo ops. I asked about shoes … he said that well expect that your shoes will get a bit battered. It is after all different from running in the treadmill or the streets. This is how i pictured it in my mind, picture mountaineering … pero you’re running. Ige, said it is of course best to run in trail shoes … hmm.
Here are some details from the flyer I snagged at R.O.X.
