I agree completely with the Runner's World article that says to concentrate on one aspect of your form at a time. Right now I'm following a plan from the book 'Brain Training for Runners' and it has you concentrate on one cue a week, such as 'scooting' or 'falling forward'. I'm finding it really helpful!

Thanks for dropping by Tina. Its training for the subic half that really pushed me (thanks for bullying me Mesh). Kung wala ako target race I'd still be doing the quota 30min treadmill run. See you at the gym and at the races. :P

Hi Bards, this is great. I can totally relate to your logs. By the way, now I feel intimidated by how much you have progressed in a very short period. You just started running this year? Been doing this for two already. Well, I guess I'll see more of you in the gym and on the road.
